Rewulf
Hi John , strangley enough Ive got the exact same rifle , but Ive never put the pard on it. 2 ways to do this. One is to mount a picatinny to piciatinny rail to the mounting blocks , then put the pard on that. This does put nearly 10 mm of height on , and the Tbolt isnt well know for its high comb at the best of times ! You can put a padded riser on to sort this. The other way is to remove the mounting blocks and replace them with a rounded base picatinny rail, you may have to drill some holes in the new rail for this. This method wont put any height on though. You can get all of these from ANT supplies, or even Ebay , but with Xmas here this is going to take some time. Walker570
As said above in full. Put a pica on it and it will cover almost everything you need now and in the future. Probably easier to put a riser on your stock if mounting it becomes a problem but with the almost non existent recoil on the 17 you should not need to snug down too tight on it anyway. oldypigeonpopper
Hello, a lot of people had to do as Rewulf suggested, even buy an expensive extra mount, I am going to try a new mounting system when it arrives,
