Bush gun! ok I'm intrigued would that be like a brush gun a slow-ish heavy calibre?

Bush gun! ok I'm intrigued would that be like a brush gun a slow-ish heavy calibre? For me, it means a gun that is very compact with a simple action. I went for a Bergara break action single shot. Classically, bush guns use a heavy projectile, but I wanted a calibre that could be well suppressed and commonly available subsonic ammunition. I settled on 300BLK. I seriously considered 45/70 and 450BM, but thought that noise would be an issue even with suppressed subsonic rounds.
Chaz25
Agree compact and simple, its a good criteria for any gun if you ask me! not had much time with powder burner's but the ethos of heavy impact over short range is not lost on me, hansom gun and looks like you have some good eating there.
