Cranfield
There are plans for making your own floater/bouncer on the Craft?DIY section and if you PM Hawkeye, he might send you his rotary plans.

twelvebore
You'll need a few decoys, but once you shoot a few live ones the rest is easy. Take a knife and cut a stick from a bush or tree. It needs to be about 18 inches long and about as thick as your little finger. Sharpen the end and then insert stick up through the vent of a pigeon, keep pushing through the body and impale into the head/skull. Then use a small elastic band (which you brought with you) around the wings to hold them in place. Take your new decoy into the kill zone and plant the end of the stick into the ground at the correct angle. You can even get the feet to look as if the bird is just standing there. Hope this helps.
