Connecting a TV without a wired input?

You appear to be asking whether it’s possible to run UHF TV signals over some kind of powerline adapter - Am no electronic engineer, but I would suggest there’s a very good reason such a device doesn’t exist.

If you have a good wifi signal strength in your kitchen, and your TV is indeed smart, all the major broadcasters have apps which allow you to watch live TV as well as 'catch up'.  It is a bit of a faff as you have to press more buttons to get to where you want.

However, and I always make this argument when people ask about trying to get any sort of wireless or powerline solution to work in their house: if it’s your ‘forever’ home, why not just run a cable?  It may be a faff initially, but the result will always be better than attempting to go wireless.
