WalkedUp
We headed up for our annual clay shoot on the syndicate yesterday. Started with eggs, sausages and bacon cooked over a little fire. Then into the woods for a few warm up clays. Lunch was a barbecue with bass, marinated chicken, chicken wings, beef steak, halloumi, santini tomatoes, butcher sausages, beers, whiskey, pickles, Parma ham, salami, manchego. After lunch we went back into the wood and shot all sorts of set ups. Flushes, knock out cups, “roulette” and finished with my son’s 10.5” LOP .410”. Great fun. My 7 year old dusted the static clays and tin can my pal had set up and it was incredibly effective on the long high crosser too. I dusted my three out of three, something I had been unable to match all day with the 12 bore! We estimate 1200 cartridges were fired! The clays were donated free of cost so very cheap shooting. Finished off with a trip to the pub. All in all a great day out, very informal, very safe and very entertaining. 2EFA3CFC-CC36-4FE2-8D31-4F3EC4C64192.MP4

enfieldspares
Thank you for sharing the pictures. So good that your lad can still use his .410" for the moment before the nonsense of steel and the self-inflicted trap that BASC has imposed on us with its calls for a lead ban in February 2020.
