They're a small battery powered motor , that clip onto decoy spring sticks . They rotate and the decoy moves backwards and forwards in a pecking motion . I love them , they really bring life to a decoy pattern. They're a cracking piece of kit , and were built and sold by pw member denny Essex. Unfortunately he no longer makes them , as he made so much money from selling them , that he bought a private island in the Bahamas, and lives there with Kate moss , and Kylie Minogue.
