BPI in 3 inch quote 14gr of lilgun and 5\8oz TSS 15 in Cheddites hull for 1215ftsec and 12650psi which is near top end. 11\16 oz 3" lead loads using 13gr lilgun come in at 13,500psi (which is top end) for 1135ftsec 2.5" lead 1\2oz loads using 13gr of lilgun come in at an average of 11500 psi for 1200ftsec 13gr would be a safe place to be. You will need to adjust slightly more packing than lead (11.3) or Tss (15.0).
