Royboy
All sorted, I got a pin from air gun spares and fit it my self. Pretty straightforward job, i probably would have got away with cleaning the pin to be fair but I fit new anyway. Cheers
Westley
I remove and clean the bottom firing pin on my Browning and Winchester guns every 6 months or so. By doing this I have avoided any misfires. The amount of gunge that gets on the bottom pin and its housing is incredible. I wonder how many sets of new pins have been fitted to people's guns when they were not actually required, due to muck causing misfires. Yeah it makes you wonder, they’re not cheap either at £35 a pop just for the pin. I’ve kept my old one anyway

I’ve kept my old one anyway My Grandaughter works on Cruises out of USA so I got her to get me a set of springs and pins from there for my 725. I saw them on YouTube and they reckon they will NEVER need replacement. They were around £50 for the set, but I have not installed them as yet. I believe cleaning is the answer to a lot of problems.
