Deep Pour Resin, Help Required

Recommended Posts

I have a few turning projects planned over the coming months, and would like to try incorporating deep pour resin with the wood.

I also want to try and cast a couple of acrylic coloured blanks.

The items aren’t big pieces to start off, and are roughly 6” square and 1.5” - 2” deep.

Can any PW members, recommend a suitable brand or product to use ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks 👍

I greatly admire you Kevin for consistently trying new things.

Well done and please continue the posts of these new crafts. Always a joy to see and read about.

Thanks Old Boggy and oldypigeonpopper 👍

I plan on trying a few hybrid resin wool blanks on the pens and duck calls.

This resin blank is made from a pine cone and coloured resin, and my plan is to try and replicate similar to this.

Fingers crossed 🤞
