Lancs Lad
Howdo All...........not been on for a while. But Im back. Just been back from me hols over in Spain and have been doing a bit of diving when I was out there.........A hell of a lot different to the UK......... Was staying in La Marina in Alicante and did a dive off the coast of Cartenega and a load of snorkeling around the Island of Tarbarca off the coast of Santa Pola. Just wondering if we have any other divers out there that can recommend sites around the UK.

sjk88
Take a look at this website, they have got loads of dive sites in the UK listed. http://www.divesitedirectory.co.uk/ I would recommend some of the inland sites as well as coastal dives. I am hoping to do a dive at the Rez in December sometime, which is an underground reservoir, only 2metres deep but looks fun!! sjk

charliebrown
Hi all 1st post, been a bit of a lurker for a while (if you can call over a year a while!) Lamorna cove in Cornwall is great for a shore dive, loads of fish and easy access. Theres the wreck 'Conquerer' just round the corner from Mousehole, fairly new but loads of dead mens fingers already and generally interesting site. 'Sycllia' is supposed to be one of the best wrecks in the UK for a dive Runnelstone is another good one. I dived with Undersea Adventures based in Penzance, great bunch of people and a lovely hotel to boot.

Guest The Outlaw
The only place I have truly dived in in the Med just off Corfu, only small fish and no wrecks but my mate who is a dive instructor recons some of the best diving in the world is around the British Isles. I would love to go deeper than 5m next time. Tony
