TIGHTCHOKE
Had a hunt through the freezers and found some single portions of something I cooked a while ago, defrosted it, whacked it in the microwave, found a pouch of rice and an old naan and set to. Simple Chicken Tikka, rice and naan, not very spicy, even MM might have enjoyed this.

MM I have been out on the shoot all day. My lovely wife had put a shin of beef and red wine stew in the slow cooker early this morning. It was luvverly. Nice herby dumplings as well. We continued ploughing through the Christmas cheeses for afters.

Again our minds think alike as mine was in Red wine with carrots , I decided to give the veg a miss and I fried some slices of spuds and had my Peaches and cream , might have cheese and biscuit's later if I manage to stay awake . Cheese and crackers I can manage but the Apple would have to be cut in pieces and little pieces at that , how nice to be young again
