I can’t understand this obsession with steel shot proofing….its a stamp, that’s all! 🤷♂️ Granted it’ll pattern tight with steel, but it would cost little to have them chokes opened up and then you’ll have a gun that’ll outlast you and your grandkids. I'd be hesitant about opening chokes up. Steel often patterns really nicely through full, and boring them out could result in them patterning badly.
