JKD Posted Tuesday at 20:39 Report Share Posted Tuesday at 20:39 Fancied putting a bit if effort into my dinner tonight, so a Cottage pie sounded ideal. Final cooking process was done in a suitably sized fryer pan, as it's sort of medium sized, then I get 2 dinners in one go π And lurvley it was too π Β

Ingredients are, minced beef, onion, carrots, peas, celery [not necessary], dried mixed herbs [or whatever you fancy], oxo stock cubes, Worcestershire sauce, half a tin of chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper, small amount of water. Mashed potatoes. That's it,,,, all amounts are flexible to suit how you like it, and call it what you like π
