russuk
There's one that's always advertised in the back of sporting shooter, and for the life of me I can't remember it's name. It has a removeable cover, looks quite good. I'll post the name up when I'm back home on Sunday.
pavman
Astra chewed so many up I stick with straw, she is outside all the time in a run so easy I guess, Mrs P may not like straw mixed in with the saw dust in the house

deeksofdoom
Dog mattresses are a waste of money, the first one I bought the dog pulled it out it was a type of tough plastic one. I reckon that any time it rained in the door of the kennel the water ran down to where the dog was lying and soaked him, he had it pulled up to the door of the kennel to stop the rain coming in......smart dog! I bought a very nice one there a couple of month ago, came home and it was ripped apart, it only lasted a couple of weeks. The fact that the dog run was covered in the white stuffing wasn't too bad, but what really sent me over the edge was the yellow patch in the middle of it where the dog decided to take a whizz. While I was looking at it the rennie selling it told me I could have it for nothing if I could tear a sample strip. As hard as I tried I couldn't make any impression on it as it was like seat belt webbing and she then poured water over a full bed. It ran of like the proverbial ducks back. There is no name tag on it but I do know they were based in Tonbridge, Kent. None of the dogs over the years have made any impression on it but they aren't bored enough to attack their bedding.
