The land looks good, however the number of drives and location may be a problem. you would probably only be able to have 2 maybe 3 drives because of sound disturbance etc. plus with that town/city there you may have problems with birds wandering and getting squished.

If you are thinking of releasing some pheasants, you need somewhere for them to hold up (cover) and roost (trees).

I don't see any woodland in those pictures, but I accept they are not pics of the whole 300 acres.

If you don't have any good roost areas, you may consider just releasing partridge, they can be kept in small pens around the shoot

They will do well on the cereal fields and the rough, grassy headlands.

With the falls on the land you should also be able to present them well over standing guns, but you probably wouldn't get within 50 yards if walking them up.

Can you plant a bit of cover crop as it looks like you have a few nice slopes that could show reasonable birds?

I would seriously worry about poaching from the town though. It wouldn't take long for word to get round once a few birds are spotted near a road.

Cheers
