Lord Geordie Posted January 11, 2008 Report Share Posted January 11, 2008 I am gonna start a thread with a few shooting grounds I visit in the North east and if ANYONE knows of any others in the North from Durham through to Alnwick and across to the Lakes etc can you put some details and names of grounds down to help the local lads find places to meet with friends etc? Local to me Steve Smiths (dinnington) Skeet / ABT / DTL / Grouse butt and Compact Sporting on a wednesday Dents Farm (blaydon area) sporting clays once fortnightly If anyone has details of other Northern grounds please put them on here Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
shaun4860 Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 Hi Widdrington Gun Club....sporting mostly at the moment as we are busy changing grounds and are very limited, shoot every sunday 09.30 to 12.30 ish good bunch of guys.... opposite what used to be the Junction inn widdrington... Also DTL and Compact now and again. 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month and most wednesdays.
