I have just been into your profile and had a look at your VERMIN CONTROL web site looks good but according to that you already have sec1 rifles .....shotguns and airrifles...WHO IS TELLING PORKIES THEN please explain.. :blink: :blink:

i shoot with a friend who has sec1 fac in the website it dose not actualy say i hav sec1 fac it says can be used.

.22lr & .243Win IMO :rolleyes:

 

 

That would be my plan too. You can get some really light bullets for the .243 which will be pretty flat shooting for the Fox, but if you ever wanted to shoot Deer you could. The .22lr is ok if you want to be silent, but I prefer a HMR myself for the range it gives you. Just ask for all three, you can justify it I think :good:

dont rule out your land for a centrefire. i was surprised when my land was passed for an HMR a few years ago and i have recently had it passed for a .243. bout 100-150 acres of shallow valley in suffolk. foot path going straight through the middle. firearms officer said footpaths dont bother him because when there is no one on them they dont make a difference! sounds like hes better than most!
