Wookie
Permission granted. Go on, have some fun! By the way, it's hardly to be expected. This sort of thing has been going on for years and I see no sign of it getting any better.
AdamC
Was speaking to a colleague in the US last week and he was telling me about the price of carts. over there! He said they stock them at Wallmart and can be purchased with a state driving licenses. Not so sure about the laws on buying them, but we could sure do with so better pricing! casts_by_fly
no laws in buying them. The only reason you need to show ID is because you have to be 18 to buy ammunition (21 for handgun ammo). If you look old enough they don't even ask for ID. Cheap carts will go $4-$4.50 a box. If you buy a flat (10 boxes) and catch them on sale you can sometimes find them for $3.50 a box, but the last I saw them that cheap was before the latest lead hike. I think $4 is probably the best you'll find them. I'm heading back in 2 weeks for a wedding and already have an order of stuff from midway sitting at my buddies place. Thanks rick

pat 1
Thank God for the internet. We can all see what rip-off really means. At least it allows us to compare prices even though when I quote this to my RFD I get the usual "its the tax we have to apply,or over there they buy more,or our transport costs are higher,or American stuff is not as good etc, etc, etc.
