dazza
I asked him for his autograph at Ibrox years ago to which he replied 'f**ck off'. I turned around boiling with anger walked into the road and got hit by a taxi. He walked over gave me a kiss on the cheek and walked away laughing
berettaman1
Dazza, I dont know what to say really,I am accursed with the same thing that aills him. I have never met him or can excuse his attidude to his wife which was of course inecusable. but I was listening today on a radio program at tales of his life from his friends and his ex football mates , which makes you think, his good outweighed the bad.? I am sorry he ended up like this.... There but for the grace of GOD. goes all of us. Edited February 23, 2008 by berettaman1
Blackbart
He is obviously in a bad way but he has done some great things in the past and not all of them on the pitch. He came to our local golf club a few years back to play a round of golf with the juventus team who were in newcastle for a champions league game and he turned up with no clubs. He went into the pro shop and bought a full set of clubs, bag, balls, glove, tees the lot.He played the round of golf and when he was finished he went onto the driving range and sought out the scruffiest looking kid who was whacking balls and he gave him everything he had just bought in the pro shop!!I feel sorry for the bloke as the example above shows hes not all bad. darebear
Gazza sectioned under the Mental Health Act, and sent to an institution for the retarded, with no chance of recovery. "we're glad to have him back!" ... says Keegan.
