A Ferreting Question

As many of you know I have one ferret ,Rose, about 10 months old. I bought another today, Carmaleta,....my Littlest Little named her......who is 16 weeks.

Now I have been trying to introduce them on some neutral ground.....an empty large vari kennel.......but I have noticed some very heavy handed postering and rough behaviour from my Rose. The last bout left little Carmalets reather distressed. ;)

Is this typical behaviour, and should I continue to introduce them to one an other in this manner, being sure to supervise the intreaction, or am I worrying too much here. :)

The little biters are worse than introducing two Bitches together. :good:

NTTF,

Just stick them together and let them sort out who's "BOSS" . Within a week they will be sleeping together as if they have always done it.

EDIT: To say there will be a lot of squealing and noises, but nothing compared to ferret sex!!!! Ferrets are very vocal that way.

Exactly like he said, put them together and let them get on with it , freddies are very vocal , my two hobs squeek , **** and gob at each other all the time , when they arn't curled up like one big fur ball that is , YOU WANT TO HAVE HEARD IT/ SEEN THE BALL WHEN I HAD 26 .......................................... Let them be , they will be fine, just doing ferret things.
