Lord Geordie
Right I have made another 2 batches of Sausages that came out a treat Venison and Horse raddish Tandoori pigeon The venison and horse raddish! 1.5lb of minced Venison 1.5lb of minced belly pork 4 minced sliced of bread 1 large minced red onion 3 tsp of salt 1 tsp black pepper 4 tsp HOT horse raddish sauce (perhaps your own horse raddishes grated down?) Tandoori Pigeon 1.5lb minced pigeon meat 1.5lb minced belly pork 4 minced slices of bread 1 large minced red onion 3 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 6tsp of East End Tandoori Masala Marinade dry mix (www.eastendfoods.co.uk) IIRC I bought mine from Tesco! Of course mix them well stuff into casings and enjoy Venison and Pork with Sage! Same as Venison and Horse raddish just switch the Horse raddish for 2 tsp of sage Venison and Horse Raddish Pigeon and pork (same as Tandoori pigeon) simply forget the tandoori flavouing! And Tandoori Pigeon Have fun making them and MORE eating them Edited March 17, 2008 by Lord Geordie
