1.5lb of minced Venison

1.5lb of minced belly pork

4 minced sliced of bread

1 large minced red onion

3 tsp of salt

1 tsp black pepper

4 tsp HOT horse raddish sauce (perhaps your own horse raddishes grated down?)

Tandoori Pigeon

1.5lb minced pigeon meat

1.5lb minced belly pork

4 minced slices of bread

1 large minced red onion

3 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

6tsp of East End Tandoori Masala Marinade dry mix (www.eastendfoods.co.uk) IIRC I bought mine from Tesco!

Of course mix them well stuff into casings and enjoy

hi L G could you tell me what mincer and stuffer you use please atb paul

Mincer is a cheapo from ALDI a Biffinett I think it's called and the sausage stuffer is the one supplied with the mincer but REALLY I will be ghetting a dedicated stuffer soon as it takes an age and is a royal pain to keep having to stop to refil the hopper :)
