Hi, im new to the world of shotgun shooting, currently waiting for my application to be processed, upon reciving my application i have already aranged land to shoot, around 600 acres in total, just through friends and people a know really, i have been a keen air rifle shooter for around 3 years probably racked up around 600 rabits and countless pigeons.

thought i would try my hand at a shotgun to see if i can master the moving target sport, so have been going to Preshaffed (not sure exactly how to spell) estate on anglesey for the last 6 weeks or so and have cought the bug. (bloody addictive like). the instructor says im a natural as every week i hit 40+ out of 50 targets! (i think its beginers luck myself, but fingers crossed anyway) i have sent my application to north wales firearms dept monday last week only to have it returned to me as i (dont laugh) forgot to sign it  (what a plank i know). Anyway safe is fixed to the wall and deffinatly not going anywhere so in the mean time i will continue to clay shoot as i wait for it to come through!

Once i have recived the certificate, i would be interested to know if there are any members in the North Wales area, especially Anglesey who would be interested in teaching me some tips / methods which work.

Look forward to responses

Live in London, but used to live in Cheshire and spent most holidays when growing up camping in North Wales or Anglesey
