dazza
how can you have a semi open ticket?
Ice
i dont know so dont shoot me down straight away, but i heard about this about 3 weeks ago regarding a .22lr in north wales. Something like, the gun could only be used on certified land or with the supervision of an experianced shooter with a open ticket. Does that make sence to anyone? cubix
You can have : 1. Shoot where you want with it if you have permission and you think its ok for that calibre. 2. Shoot where you want with it if you have permission and the top copper says it's ok for that calibre. 3. Shoot only on xyz land if you have permission and the top copper says it's ok for that calibre. 1. is open, 2. and 3. are not, but 2 is sometime called semi-open. bignoel
cubix you have it in no/2 and ice not supervised.
cubix
cubix you have it in no/2 and ice not supervised. Stuff like supervision, is an optional condition they can stick on you - they can stick any condition on they want really - wear a red hat, shoot on one leg etc. I'm not supervised and have number 2. They can stick different conditions on for differen tcalibres. Perhaps no.1 for a rimmy and no.2 for a centrefire. THEINVISIBLESCARECROW
Old timers told me years ago the land to be shot over was printed on the ticket, or it was open, since the invention of 'puters this is no longer done but in the change over perhaps there was a mix & match of methods.
