kdubya
seems our wonderfully diligent cops "lost" the bullet they had as evidence ? either way no wonder I feel I cant support capital punishment when we have tits like these upholding our laws. I heard they left the bullet at a defendants house ? not sure how true that is but its comes from a"local to the incident scource" oh and a bung has also been mentioned. cheers KW ps I do hope somehow these three ***** get a kicking! Edward
how do they "loose" evidence and why would you shoot swans, as far as i can see there is no reson to shoot them.

Very good question how do you loose evidence? and then wait till the day of the trial to admit to the blunder, it has been contemplated that the "bullet or bullets were accidentally left next to a well padded brown paper envelope? sad thing is a heron and a marsh harrier were found buried with the swans, at the "purpose built wildfowling lake" the owners of which had been charged with killing the birds, however now that the charges have been dropped, the wildlife loving owners are claiming some £47.000 costs. oh dear another good cause for my 40% taxes. **** up in a brewery anyone? cheers KW
bob300w
29 dead swans and they only recovered one bullet? Then lost it? Why not dig one out of another swan? The whole thing seems highly sus.
