harryhawk Posted August 17, 2008 Report Share Posted August 17, 2008 Deffo a Hobby. When i used to be a falconer we had one collide with the telephone line that went across our hawk lawn. Busted it's wing up bad and lucky for the Robin (male hobbys are called Robins) there were no birds blocked/bowed out at the time, or he would of been a nice snack. Our vet, who was also a falconer, x-rayed it and contacted rspca and registered it disabled. We fed him up and then passed him onto a guy from Wales who had a fe-male and hoped to breed from him.
