Mungler Posted August 31, 2008 Report Share Posted August 31, 2008 I have always found that on any project like that it's the discrete costs that get over looked but are nonetheless there - nuts, bolts, washers, glue, petrol to and from the DIY store (and the multiple trips to get the stuff you forgot) and when you get your chop saw out you see that it needs a new blade etc etc. You can't fill a car up for £50 so for a ready to go high seat (2 person) I reckon that ain't that awful.
