Dave-G
In my job as a private hire car driver I pick up an old boy from the renal unit of our local hospital. He lives quite close to the unit so we don't get to chat much, but last time I picked him up he asked what I do on my nights off. Well it turns out he likes Rabbit but hasn't had any for over 30 years so I offered to drop a couple of cleaned out ones off for him. He said thanks but no thanks because he'd never skinned one - and neither had I, but I'd watched fleabag do it to take it for one of his guards dog. I was expecting to get bloody but didn't. Was also expecting the meat to feel slippery but because it's fat free it didn't. Anyone thinking it feels horrible need not worry - it was really dry as you can be and I just wiped my hands on their coats then finished with wet grass. I'd told him and his wife to look out for a carrier bag hanging on their front door handle - it's got three in it. He's not long for this world now but I hope he enjoys them. THEINVISIBLESCARECROW
Excelent. I'd rather give than waste. Not many left overs with me but I do pass the odd one on.
