I can't recomend a shooting place there because when I was there I haden't got into the sport yet. But if you like lobster I can recomend the Rosewood Grill opposite the Belagio. There you can get some big lobsters. Not sure which one it is, but one of the gun shops just off the strip has an indoor range.
