Ozzy Fudd
just wondering if anyone else has noticed a distinct lack or rabbits over here when out shooting this year? this summer we only found one place with rabbits, and even then we only saw 20 or 30; apart from that we havnt seen a single one since august! craigyboy
I have some here, I dont shoot them too much but I could go out once a week and maybe shoot 4-5, I have a friend 50 miles from me in castledawson though and he has hundreds of them, we went to a couple of farms on his patch and the rabbits were all over the place, you could have shot 15-20 in an hour and wouldnt have made a dent in them. Rabbits have always been patchy where I live, 10 years we were overrun with them too but they have been on the decline since then.

Ballymac
Patchy this way, and I now have converted a few people to eating rabbits pigeons etc and I cant get my hands on any. Hope to get an invite for saturday on club grounds which should produce a pheasant or two maybe a duck and a chance at woodcock and snipe. Here's hoping
