steve_b_wales
Paul, I bought new cases in 22-250, 243 & 308. I tried a few without full length resizing them and one or two were a bit 'tight' when trying to close the bolt. I then full length resized them all for the first time and found no problems after doing this.
chrisv
Paul, What cases are you using? If Lapua are available in your calibre I would try them, I never size before using, but do inspect them carefully. I had three with dented shoulders in one box of mine. I use 6.5x55 and 223 and have never had one that was tight in the chamber.
cubix
With new cases I always fully resize before first firing - this is because they get bashed around in transit and who knows what else before they get to you. After that, I just neck resize, although some people full length each time.

Vince Green
Why not try them in the rifle first and then decide if they need resizing. New cases should be ready to load straight out of the box.
