dustyfox
Right I have looked on a website and it says that I will have to keep an I on him for 14 hours, if he has a rapid heart beat I got to go to the vet or if he starts vomiting. http://www.1fleacontrol.co.uk/acatalog/Cho...hould-Know.html Man went out for half hour come back and he eaten most of my 1kg chocolate bar. dustyfox
Right just to be on the safe side I phoned my vet up and she said that he should be fine. As he is a big Labrador and it was Milk chocolate. She also said that it was to late to try and make him vomit and if he has any side effects I will have to phone them up straight the way and they will tell me if I have to go in. Just so scared at the moment, if I lose my dog because of me Idont know what I will do. Edited December 7, 2008 by dustyfox
libs
Im sure he will be fine mate, but im guessing if you care about yours nearly as much as i care about mine, then its gonna be a tea and coffee fuelled sleepless night. Best of luck.
Mungler
Our dog at the kids the advent calenders. Picking up the next day I noticed lots of tinsel and silver foil in her doings. She has also developed a taste for bin raiding and eating the baby's napies. Delightful.

dustyfox
All went ok, but he was up all night whining not because he was ill but because he was hyperactive. Let him out after work and he had the squirts. He is sleeping on the settee now. It was just a shock to come back and find that he eaten all that chocolate. Imperfection
Im gonna have to risk being puked on. If he's a typical Lab-he'll just eat it again...canine recycling... Glad he's alright Dusty.

Have you discovered what she ate for the 25th yet, usually a special one that, probably worth keeping an eye out for
