Jan147
Fantastic post. those sausages looked superb never mind the burgers. Nice to see all the family involved and a family that eat what they shoot. Just goes to prove not all sausages and burgers come in pre packed packets and boxes even though most of the country think this is so. Why do the do gooders not realise what they are really missing! I just sitting down with a glass of my home made 2006 Damson Gin. Cheers to everyone. Well Done Sweepy family, have a great Christmas

Carbonrocket
Beats the hell out of my rat burgers! Well done Sweepster. Any advice on cooking rats apart from covering them in Tobasco? Have a fantastic Christmas all. Love Kent
Mrs Sweepy
Salop Sniper It was a female Roe Thanks everyone We have not try any off the goodies yet. But if the smell from the game burgers is anything to go by it should be good. Sweepy as always gives some to the farmer who land he shoots on. We have manage to persuade the lot of are friends and family to gave Rabbit,Pigeon and even venison a try .And so far they all come back for more. And once it gets out we have the freezer full of burgers and sausages again . it will soon empty. Which is not a bad thing as Sweepy has already been out four times (His out again with the two boys tonight) And tomorrow Little Sweepy is taking his long nets out for the first time. So my Freezer is not empty for too long. While we were out in Canada we did a bit of fishing . It would be nice if we could have the fish section in the Freezer. :o xxxxSuzy

Mrs Sweepy
Now you should not tempt me . I still have some Dollars left from my last visit. We tried the burgers during the week. And the sausages on Monday. They were lovely even if i say so myself. Its so nice to cook somthing that is not mainly made up of water. I am so lucky that the boys will eat anything i put in front of them.(yes even my cooking ) Tomorrow we are having some of the venison. If its like the last bit we had then it will just melt in are mouths. xxxxxSuzy
