MC
You will have to excuse my ignorance here but what do game dealers do with frozen pigeons? Surely they need to thaw out before they can breast them or pluck and gut them so then they cannot be refrozen. Or am I missing something
Stealth Stalker
I believe the game dealer sends them straight to France still frozen and they're processed there.

The game dealer will thaw out the birds when he is ready to process them , which is normally straight away . once processd they will be chilled and sold on . Harnser .
