MC
HAs anyone had any results back from this? There is nothing on the website.
Peter De La Mare
I have asked for the results, but no reply yet. The website has been half updated with a link to the '09 results, but '08 still showing. The Phil Moss team won, again. Essex Gun 2nd apparently on 413. S'all I know. Peter De La Mare
We'll have to do better next year. Only those guaranteed to get an 80+ are invited...... So, that's just Mung, BM and MC then so far.
Mungler
Linky to results: http://www.shot-your-trap.co.uk/8.html In fairness the winning team shot very well as a group: Essex Boys - 425 K Williamson 91 S Lowes 90 S Lodge 90 P Moss 83 P Dyer 71 Except for P Dyer who was their equivalent of "Bagsy", and who will probably be sacked from their squad for next year Looking forward to the next shoot already. Peter De La Mare
We did ok to get 10th overall, but next year should be different. Al at Essex Gun says that the Essex Boys team win it every year, and that Lowes geezer puts this team together for no other reason.
Markio
I thought our team did alright for a bunch of muppets. Group hug etc etc, no that's not a chubby, give us a squeeze

MC
We did ok to get 10th overall, but next year should be different. Al at Essex Gun says that the Essex Boys team win it every year, and that Lowes geezer puts this team together for no other reason. That Lowes geezer is a bloody nice bloke, There is some underlying politics as to why Steve Lowes puts a team together, something to do with the Essex Team I believe as he has removed his badge from his skeet vest, he was very uncomplimentary about a few of the other shooters when I spoke to him on that monday I think it is to prove a point.
