kennym Posted April 12, 2009 Report Share Posted April 12, 2009 had a shoulder opp 6 weeks ago, i usually train 3 times a week that keeps the weight off so while I've been off i put on over a stone my point is I'm on a diet so i haven't touched any of the kids eggs ..........DAM & BLAST .... but i have lost half a stone in a week, if it goes well i can drop a weight class RESULT!
