bullet boy
I`m not fussed on him either. The fishing programmes would be good if there was someone on there instead of him!

sambu13
i just watched extreem fishing for the first time! he is an abosoloute ****!!!!! i think my favorite tv fishing show is passion for angling, old school!
hendersons
the real issue i have with this programme i have is that it managed to get on tv at all when the makers of passion of angling have made a new series and they are struggling to get it on air i spoke to the angler involved with the making of it a couple of weeks ago and because he wasn't prepared to dive through ice with a pitchfork to skewer a fish none of the major channels would look at it nick
Boromir
Just watching his latest and saw he released an alligator gar that was bleeding heavily B) :) What you would rather see him kill it on screen? At least he puts a bit of excitement into it. Not with quotes from other fishing programmes "this looks like a big one" in a monotone voice. He enjoys his fishing and that what counts. You cant please everybody can you.
Dunkield
I enjoy fishing too, but that doesn't me carry on like a complete and utter ****
Boromir
People react in different ways and maybe he's doing it for the show. If I went out to catch sharks and caught one I would celebrate in style. Robson Green you lucky sod, many on here including myself would love to do what you do on those fishing shows maybe a little jealousy is getting in the way. I watch all fishing programmes if there on TV, nice to see a different style to it for once. And maybe this will get more younger people into fishing. hendersons
i'm all for encouraging the youngsters to go fishing, but showing impaled fish on a pitch fork is not the way to do it as our dwindling natural fish stocks will not support this. I do not have anything to be jealous of i consider myself very lucky when it comes to my fishing and just about the only place i have left to go that i dream of is redmire pool nick Edited April 25, 2009 by hendersons
vole
The program is watchable because of the venues and he does his best to endear himself to the viewers. He is just limited by his ability to do so though. His hissy fits, even the joking ones plus the frequent Les Dawson type face pulls make him look like a titt. At least Wilson is an expert. Robsons limp wristed spinning outfit casts expose him as a lightweight and amateur. He has no clue, watch him when he tries to distance cast limply holding the rod butt with one hand. Edward
I dont watch it for the fishing, I just find the innapropriate whoops and 'isnt that fish the most buoootiful you have ever seen's mildly amusing
GW80
I have watched all the fishing shows on TV, and must say the most annoying is "The Fishing Adventurer", he's some yank called Cyril and he really is a t***. I must say also that my favourite fishing series would be "Hooked on Fishing", i like Paul Young as a presenter and he seems to realise how lucky he is to be travelling all round the world fishing the best waters, plus listens to guides/ experts and just gets on with the fishing and he does get excited but not to orgasmic proportions like some of these guys on TV!!!
