sid the sniper
I had filled out the forms with fac air rifle and .22 rimfire. ive allready got the Rapid m2 so thats gonna definetly get upgraded but i dont know whether to keep the .22 on or change it for a .17. I wouldnt want 2 rifles because they wouldnt get as much use as the rapid or shotguns. Also what calibre out of the 2 would be easiest to get cleared on my land? steve_b_wales
In my opinion, keep the .22. You can use sub sonic or high velocity ammo. The best of both worlds.
bullet boy
I`m the same as Steve.I kept the .22 over my 17hmr.Subsonic ammunition are devastating in an over populated environment, where noise must be kept to a minimum.Plus ammo is a lot cheaper! :(

Luckyshot
Don't know what your licensing force classes fox as (fox/vermin) but Durham will not allow 17 hmr for fox. Edited May 2, 2009 by Luckyshot
