Fisherman Mike
Royaleety 2.50 Aintree Ive posted this horse up a few times before and it has always been to the fore in its races until the business end.... It would be folly to ignore it as i know that this horse is very highly thought of in Ian Williams stable. It owes me some money so I shall be having a wager on it to return my recent stakes. I notice a top jock ( Ruby Walsh... thats a bloke by the way) has been booked and I managed to get the 20/1 early doors and the horse has been backed this morning into 12 /1. Good luck to you all if you have a bet on the national. Ive sided with Clan Royal and Innox with a couple each way on Polar Red due to the pope connection and red of the cardinals ( there is always a topical connection with the winner !!! Cheers. FM. Teal
A great supporting card at Aintree. A virtual re-run of the Champion Hurdle sees Inglis Drever and Brave inca renewing rivalry. Two miles and a stiff finish suited the former perfectly, this is two and a half on a flatter and much faster track. I suspect Inglis Drever will confirm superiority, but the interesting challenger is BLUE CANYON (12/1 each way) a lightly raced and fast improving French challenger. He can cause a major upset. In the opener MEDISON (5/2) will be many people's banker of the wholoe meeting and the way he won at Sandown, it would take a brave person to oppose him. Finally over on C4 n the flat at Newcastle, TORRID KENTAVR (8/1), who has been busy over hurdles, can put that fitness to good use from a generous handicap mark in the 2.

Fisherman Mike
Mike, theres more chance me been elected Pope than Polar Red winning :( Jonno He beat your lot home though mate Clan Royal was carrying the weight of the FM overdraft but I am convinced he would have won if that other horse hadnt carried him out he was going so easily I couldnt believe it AP was taking a tug every other stride.... We shall never know... I think some of the PW members should be employed at Aintree as marksmen to shoot the loose and riderless horses... FM. Topgunners
Hi All I can't believe after reading all the tips that no one had HEDGE HUNTER for the national . I thought we were all PEST CONTOLLERS. Well isn't that what we do every time we go out rough shooting with our dogs. I thought that horse would have been TOP of all your betting tickets. Nice £20 win @ 11/1 this morning and even had £2.50 E.W on the 2nd and a 50p combo forecast on the first 2 and 5th. LOADSA LOLLY.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loads more cartridges I can buy now Dave K
