clubb699
Hi all, Well was took out last night with a friend to his shoot at a local farm, this was my first ratting experience and must say i really enjoyed it, at first i thought this was impossible task as they are very fast and i missed 3 attempts, about a hour of scouting round we walked round the barns again and got to near a usely rat spot raised the guns turned the filtered light on and about 13 meteres away stairing at me was to bright eyes 2 Seconds later my trigger was squizzed and the dirty rat was not moving anymore. Happy than a pig in **** Thanks for viewing Clubb699 Edited May 6, 2009 by clubb699

Carbonrocket
Well done clubb, 6 and a bit is fine as it would have grown to being fast reproducing beastie. I think my current largest is 19 and a bit inches, my smallest is as yours. Good shot there and well done. Last night I had my head under an old transit van in a barn, throwing grain at three full grown ones and they couldent care less. The do when I lay down 15 meters away Carbon
Daveo26
The rat looks like a juvenile it looks to still have its grey coat hence the reason for the large looking head.. excellent shot
