HI FOLKS

JUST WANTING TO PICK YOUR BRAINS.......

HAVE BEEN HAVING GREAT FUN WITH MY AA410 XTRA FAC (30ish FT/LBS) USING BISLEY MAGNUM (21g)

ITS DEAD ACCURATE AT AROUND 50 METRES BUT I HAVE TAKEN RABBITS AT FURTHER DISTANCES

WHEN I MAKE ALLOWANCES FOR THE PELLET DROP.

OVER THE PAST FEW DAYS I HAVE DONE A BIT OF TARGET PRACTICE AND NOTICED AT 75 METRES MY PELLET DROP IS 3 MILLDOTS ON MY SCOPE (ZEROED AT 50M) AND I CAN EVEN SEE THE PELLET IN FLIGHT !

THIS SEEMS TO BE QUITE A LOT TO ME ALTHOUGH I KNOW ITS A HEAVIER PELLET.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

IS THE EXTRA 25M WITH THE BISLEY MAGNUM ENOUGH TO DROP 3 MILLDOTS OR SHOULD I CHRONO MY RIFLE?

ALSO IS ANYONE USING A LIGHTER PELLET TO GOOD EFFECT?

I WONDERED ABOUT USING THE H&N FTT AT 15.1g THINKING THAT AS ITS LIGHTER IT WOULDNT DROP AS MUCH, BUT IS IT LIKELY TO BE TOO LIGHT FOR MY RIFLE?

ALL PEARLS OF WISDOM GREATFULLY RECEIVED.

CHEERS

:good:

We used a FAC AA410 when bringing out the 20.50 Exterminator

And aware that many get good results by the numbers Sold

The 16.00 Grain should Also give good Results

Design means that it should not be damaged by power

We brought out the Defiant 18.00 Grains

As Shooters ask for a Midweight Power Pellet
