edr
I am thinking about purchasing this in .22lr, one of my permission's is a small local shoot which has had a lot of noise complaints and is placed under planning rules, everytime a loud shot is fired a local residents loggs it down. I have been using a rather loud and twangy cometa fenix 400, which has been ok with the noise regulations. I was wondering how loud is a .22lr with a decent silencer (any reccomendations) compared to my loud air rifle or is it more like a .410. Also if you want to buy an extra magazine does it have to go down on your certificate??? EDR

steve_b_wales
A good moderator will work well. Get something like a SAK, SAKO etc. Also, there is no need to inform the police if you buy extra magazines.

realtreedave
if you run it on subsonic rounds through a half decent moderator,it will be as quiet as a moderated air rifle
Zapp
My .22lr setup is a silhouette, SAK mod, Hawke 3-9x50IR and Eley subs. Incredibly quiet and accurate. ZB
