robmiller
Hey guys am looking for a short break (a fri and sat night in july). Basically the partner is away in Edinburgh for a girly night or something of the kind. And i think i fancy a weekend to myself, shooting, maybe camping or the likes. Does anyone have any ideas of anything that may suit? Maybe some rough shooting or anything? I suppose no one will specialise in anything like this?! Thanks Rob Edited June 8, 2009 by robmiller

robmiller
wouldnt be a bad idea, but was thinking somewhere where you can get lost with a gun for a day.
rimfire4969
In the back of Shooting Times there are some cottages to rent with rough shooting and fishing.
Fatcatsplat
Google rough shooting breaks and you will get bundles of options - where are you based?
robmiller
Based in the north east but happy to travel for a nice weekends peace!
robmiller
looks good that, a hotel may be cheaper, then a days clay shooting. Long way to go, as you said. Theres Braidwood up in the borders, could probably get either two days on that and a night in selkirk or wherever its near. Anyone up for it
