Dunkield
Round our way I would have nomintaed last night as the best for bunnies so far this summer. I took the dog for a long walk and must have seen several hunderd. They just love a sunny spell after a bit of recent rain. What's the betting there are none arround tomorrow when I have the gun with me

They just love a sunny spell after a bit of recent rain. What's the betting there are none arround tomorrow when I have the gun with me Last 2 nights it's rained during the day, not a lot but a bit, and been warm in the evenings. 154 bunnies over those 2 nights wish they'd stayed at home! 2 misses and 2 not picked it's the .17HMR you know! . It certainly is a good time to be out. Only problem last night was the rain was late in the day so by nightfall some of the meadows were covered in mist and we didn't get foxy. Actually not the only problem at this time of year with all the vegetation/crops well grown but by scoping the recently cut meadows or short grass after the cattle have been on it success is there if you look. al4x
we had the sum total of 5 last night and it was lovely to be out, our problem is we've only 2 small paddocks you can see rabbits in everything else is cropped and too tall. Still roll on harvest a month now and it should be underway round us so time to get dusty standing on the combine
