Insuring your gun for theft /damage

yeah house insurance can cover them ok. its a bit of a grey area if the guns are damaged whilst in use, but last year my mate broke his anschutz .22lr whilst leaning over a round bale in his yard, one nice big fat claims cheque later and he bought himself a tikka t3 .223 :good:

Home insurance is often the cheapest way , but check the conditions for guns, like cover away from the home, excess, , or other types of claim that will not be covered - damage by internal explosion is often excluded, so damage caused by plugged barrels of poorly fitted chokes could be excluded - always check..
