Make a boat of of aluminium foil, and add the fish. Next add all herbs and seasonings and crimp foil closed tightly.. Put on top rack and run it through two cycles.. The fish will be steamed and rather tastey.. Do not add soap I learned this one while living in Alaska for two years.. BTW, you can make up to 5 #'s in one foil package.. Oh yes, just gut it, slice of lemon, clove of garlic and parsley chopped into a softened **** of butter in the gut cavity and a splash of sauvignon blanc !!!!
