scolopax
Season tickets for wildfowling on the Humber available at just £40. The permit allows access to 6 miles of foreshore shooting at Sunk Island on the north bank of the estuary. Applicants must have insurance, preferably BASC membership. Shooting is for wildfowl only, main species mallard, teal and wigeon, non toxic shot only. PM me for more details. Yes, we issue wildfowling permits every year. No rush though, I do not process applications until the middle of August.

scolopax
Season tickets for foreshore wildfowling on the Humber will be available again for this forthcoming season. Unfortunately due a large rent increase from our landlord the price of an individual permit has now risen to £40, but for a full seasons wildfowling this still represents unbeatable value for money. We had a tremendous season last time around with some fantastic teal and wigeon flights. Please feel free to PM me for more details. There was also Humber bicycles, there are 2 villages near Torquay, Little and Great Humber and a Humber Valley in Canada. My brother lived in Grimsby for a number of years and could find no Humbers there and most residents found the surname unusual All the best Terry Humber Edited July 17, 2010 by bakerboy

scolopax
Those people who want a wildfowling permit are advised to apply within the next two weeks or so. This is because I will now not be able to process the permits during the second part fo August due to work commitments. Applications can be made later of course but I cannot guarantee that the permit will be received before the beginning of the season.
