Brisa
Out last Saturday night lamping with a mate on one of my new permissions. More of a walk around to famialise ourselves with the area but still bagged a few between us (.22 rimfire and .22 FAC air) Cooked on trangia to keep non rabbit eaters indoors happy. Put on the BBQ for the final few mins to add some flavour. Homemade mustard mayo Burgers was a 75% Rabbit / 25% Pork mix with home grown mint and thyme some breadcrumbs and egg to bind mixture. They were very tasty indeed. Out again tonight, if I don't come home empty handed I will have to trawl the recipe pages again for tomorrows scran.
