Dunkield
What do you reckon? I am fairly happy these are fox prints and so is the green keeper, but they do also get ****** one the land with long dogs.. So before I sit up most of the night waiting, if anyone thinks these aren't fox prints please speak now or forever hold your peace
Billy.
I would say that given it's a golf course and there are always dog walkers about, there is a much higher probability of it being a dog. Best thing is to see if the tracks circle and are messy, as this might indicate a dog running and playing, whereas a fox might just walk in a straight line to get to wherever it's wanting to go... I do remember being out popping bunnies with a mate on a golf course once and I turned to be met by a large fox, no less than 10 yards, staring right at me...! I didn't shoot it, becuase I only had an airgun and the golf course need foxes to keep the rabbit population down. (just reminising!) henry d
A line (black) can be drawn across a fox print without cutting any toes. Well I didn`t know that, but now I do
