J@mes
You'd be mad to buy a 15 year old fourtrak for that money, no matter what the mileage.

DaveK
How about a M reg Defender 110 300tdi, new clutch and mud tyres? I looked into Freelanders before I got the Defender and all the advice I was given said avoid like the plague. I've had a Fourtrak and they're super motors but as already said, that one is overpriced.
al4x
yep that one is over priced and old and I'd not trust that mileage at all. That money buys you a lot these days so look about and test drive a few motors, I'd avoid old landrovers like the plague unless you're handy with a spanner and enjoy using them as a hobby. If you look at newer vehicles you'll find the MPG is better and generally they will be more reliable. I'd look at the jap offerings but thats me! Delbert
If you mean an L200 Warrior - it has timing BELTS probably depends in engine option the 3.2 Di-D and 2.5 Di-D have chains no guarantee of longevity tho ' feedback suggests that they have got rid of one problem and caused another as the adjuster is prone to failure so looking to see when it was changed would be a good policy. That said the Warrior is a spec also available on Pinin's and Shoguns.
