  1. I would be getting all the venison shanks & shoulders I had out of the freezer and cooking very low and slow, either a casserole, maybe with suet dumplings on the top, or a chilli or sticky BBQ https://www.inspiredtaste.net/52080/texas-red-chili/ https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/pulled-beef-brisket served with tortillas/buns
  2. Hi Rob, I still have this, yes, however I've moved and am now in East Sussex
  3. This doesn't fit me terribly well or "spark joy" to quote Marie Kondo, so I'll give it one last try before I throw in the towel and keep it as a spare for a guest... Very clean Browning 525, from year 2012, 30" barrels, 3" chambers proofed for hp steel, this is an ideal gun for clays and non-lead game, with vented barrels & rib, factory standard 14 & 1/2 inch lop with a very slight right hand cast. Probably had 1500 shells through it and been mostly used for clays with the occasional day rough shooting. Action is tight, barrels are spotless, and stock is unmolested with only very light scratches from buttons on clothing etc. Comes with 1/4 & 1/2 flush chokes, plus a cased set of extended ported chokes, all in abs maker's case with a trigger lock. Comes with original hard plastic butt plate and an aftermarket inflex pad fitted. I'm asking £700 which is a ton less than the cheapest on guntrader, f2f with SGC or could possibly RFD at your cost. The gun is currently in Merseyside and unfortunately having just had a bad experience driving 60 miles to meet a time waster, it is collection only. Cheers!
  4. Still for sale and will be available in Lancashire for the next 2 weeks
  5. Hi, yes potentially still for sale
  6. Thanks all, yes they have gone in principle but if the winning bidder fails to collect I will get to you all in order. Cheers!
  7. I have a load of steel cartridges that I've had for a few years but unfortunately been stored in a shed and have a bit of rust on the brass. I just started breaking them down to dispose of them but they seem ok internally, powder is loose and dry and shot is loose, so assuming the primers are ok they should be good. I'm moving out of my house on Thursday though and have nowhere to store these, so if anyone wants them and can collect by Wednesday at the latest then you are welcome to them. 19 boxes, mostly branded Kent cartridge/gamebore jaguar English steel, mostly paper case/fibre cup wad some plaswad, some cheddite biowad. Mostly 5 shot but some 7 and a few 9s, mostly say 65mm with some 70mm (though they look identical to me). Collection from TN14 7TB by weds or they are getting recycled.
  8. I believe it's a b525 sporter 1, as above it's a vented barrel with no auto safe https://mediacenter.browning.eu/mediacenter/downloadpdf.php%3Flink%3D/alfresco/mediacenter/Catalogues/2012/Browning/brg_en-12.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwiEsom1qeT_AhVTOMAKHeDBDQoQFnoECBEQAQ&usg=AOvVaw1c0a0JRd9xgcLPFLVQ9P4H
  9. Edit this is 30" barrels not 32 as I wrote in the original post. @paul1989 if a potential buyer doesn't want them then sure. They are invector plus btw
  10. Very clean Browning 525, 2012 if memory serves me, 30" barrels, 3" chambers proofed for hp steel, this is an ideal gun for clays and non-lead game, with vented barrels & rib, factory standard 14 & 1/2 inch lop with a very slight right hand cast, comes with original hard plastic butt plate and inflex pad. Multichoke with 1/4 & 1/2 flush chokes plus a set of extended ported chokes in case, all in abs maker's case with a trigger lock. £700 which is a ton less than the cheapest on guntrader, f2f with SGC or could possibly RFD at your cost. I'm near sevenoaks but can meet up in Kent/East Sussex and possibly also Leicester, North Yorkshire, Bristol, Merseyside for serious buyers. For sale because I'm moving house and will have to put my guns in storage for a short while, and since this doesn't get used I thought I'd give it a try on here instead of paying to keep it at a gun store. Cheers!
  11. Hi, I appreciate you're offering these for only £50 so not expecting miracles, but are they nitro proof and in usable condition? Thanks!
  12. Kent Wildfowlers have some land over your way including pigeon shooting, and are a very accessible club
